today's scripture verse is Proverbs 1:33; But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely and shall be quiet form all evil.
Me here is talking about wisdom and in another place of scripture it say's that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. It is good to work with your own hands honestly and uprightly as before the Lord himself and not unto man. We as the children of God must be diligent in all that we do to make sure the word of God is not blasphemed and beware of those that are out there to make gain in an unrighteous way. Today let us purpose in our heart to remember our Lord and savior Jesus Christ and follow after his example. He left heaven and walked among men, but not wanting to lift himself up as a physical king he endured the cross for our sake. We must live a life of self-denial and he will bless us. Forgive as you have been forgiven, love as you have been loved, and serve as your master has taught you to serve. Put him first and you shall have peace even in the evil day.
